When a worker & consumer enter into an agreement to complete a job we will send you an e-mail confirming this. The email confirmation will be produced automatically so that you have confirmation of your order details. An automatic confirmation does not necessarily mean that the service will be completed.

9. Electronic communications

When you visit Myoddjobs.co.uk or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. We communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on the website. We are not responsible for the quality of work completed by workers and will not be held liable for any damages caused as a result of work done by helpers. Myoddjobs.co.uk acts solely as an online portal to connect workers with job posters. Additionally any disputes that are raised to receive a refund due to dissatisfaction or no completion of the job then this can be raised directly with Paypal, Myoddjobs.co.uk does not provide a disputes resolution service.

12. Waiver

If you breach these conditions and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these conditions.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree, as we do, to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
